Yard of the Month on Hiatus until Spring
Posted on Feb 20th, 2018
Lakewood Trails Neighborhood Association seeks to improve the overall appearance of our community by encouraging neighborhood beautification. The Yard of the Month program recognizes homeowners who add beauty to our neighborhood with the landscaping and maintenance of their yards. The Yard of the Month program will begin again in Spring 2018. Guidelines
The Yard of the Month will be provided with a decorative yard sign for display in their yard and a $50.00 gift certificate provided by North Haven Gardens. There are many beautiful yards in Lakewood Trails but only members of Lakewood Trails Neighborhood Association are eligible for the Yard of the Month. If you are not yet a member, it's easy to join and dues are only $20 a year. Please join us!

In other words, are you the type of person that people always reach out to because you can get things done?! We could use a few more volunteers to help out, for a few hours each month. Please email Neighbors@LakewoodTrails.net if you are interested.

For anyone who has an interest or a passion for gardening, we have a gardening column from our own - LTNA neighborhood Master Gardener, Maggie Saucedo. She will be offering seasonal garden news, information, and “tips” you can use to indulge your inner “Mother Nature” or “Johnny Appleseed.”  Click on the photo above to read our spring Lakewood Garden Column about the Blackland Prairie adopted by our neighborhood. Please feel free to tell us about your experiences in the garden and share your landscape tips by sending an email to Maggie Saucedo at Garden@LakewoodTrails.net
