Lakewood Trails is successful because of the many dedicated volunteers who plan and participate in ALL of our activities! We thank those who helped us this past year and we welcome all neighborhood residents to join in these efforts in 2018 – as a Board Member, Ad Hoc Board Member, or volunteer.

Come and celebrate Lakewood Trails Neighborhood Association’s 2017 accomplishments!

Lakewood Trails is successful because of the many dedicated volunteers who plan and participate in all of our activities, and we welcome any neighborhood resident to join in these efforts – as a Board Member, Ad Hoc Board Member, or volunteer. If you are interested in getting to know your neighbors better and improving your LTNA community, please let us know. It doesn't take much time and is a great way to meet your neighbors!
Please note that only 2018 dues-paid members may vote at the meeting and serve on the board, but you can easily renew your $20 membership or join LTNA at this meeting. Please come celebrate our past success, and help us continue to grow our association and improve our neighborhood in 2018.

LTNA Garden Corner
LTNA Garden Corner
For anyone who has an interest or a passion for gardening, we have a gardening column from our own - LTNA neighborhood Master Gardener, Maggie Saucedo. She will be offering seasonal garden news, information, and “tips” you can use to indulge your inner “Mother Nature” or “Johnny Appleseed.”  Click on the photo above to read our fall Lakewood Garden Column. This Garden Corner was written by Patrick Boyd, Senior Design Associate at David Rolston Landscape Architects, about Fall Plantings and Garden Maintenance. Please feel free to tell us about your experiences in the garden and share your landscape tips by sending an email to Maggie Saucedo at Neighbors@LakewoodTrails.net

LT Neighbors are Thankful to Those Who Take Care of Us!
Posted on Nov 30th, 2017
Nearly 50 Lakewood Trails neighbors gathered at Fire Rescue Station 55 on Thanksgiving Day to bring a meal and express thanks for their service to our neighborhood. Firefighters-Paramedics T. Hadnot and J.C. Chen were on hand to greet us, while the rest of the station's crew was out on a fire call.
Thank you to the many Lakewood Trails neighbors who contributed homemade dishes and/or helped to deliver the Thanksgiving meal to Station #55! Special thanks to LTNA President Maggie Saucedo for coordinating this much appreciated gift for the sixth year in a row! Photos
Thanks to those who donated money for the holiday meals! We will be using the money for the Dallas Police Department Northeast Substation Christmas meal, which will be delivered on Christmas Day around 10:00 am. Please let Maggie know if you would like to help with delivery. Kids are welcome!
You can still contribute money for the Christmas meal. Either drop off or mail cash or check (payable to LTNA) to Maggie Saucedo, 6729 Santa Maria. You can also donate online (Contact Us/Online Payments) using PayPal.

Dallas Police Dept Plaque
In December 2015, the Dallas Police Department Northeast Division presented Lakewood Trails Neighborhood Association with this beautiful plaque that reads: "In appreciation of your contributions and continued support."
