HOLIDAY MEALS FOR POLICE AND FIRE-RESCUE STATION 55
For over 10 years, Lakewood Trails has provided a Thanksgiving meal for the Station 55 Fire-Rescue personnel who are on duty that day, and a Christmas meal for the Dallas Police Department Northeast Substation, both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Every year, our LTNA neighbors have generously contributed either food or cash donations to help make these efforts a great success and have helped deliver the meals. Needless to say, our support has been much appreciated by our firefighters and our local police personnel who work during the holidays.

If you would like to donate food items for the Station 55 meal, please review the available items in our SignUpGenius and click on the button to sign up. We could use a turkey, ham, appetizers, side dishes, rolls, desserts, drinks, or something else wonderful to add to the holiday meal.

Then, join us at Station 55 (6600 Trammel Dr, Dallas, TX 75214) at 11am on Thanksgiving morning (Thursday, November 28) to drop off the meal for the 12 people on duty. Kids are welcome and can get an opportunity to sit inside a Fire Truck!

If you would like to contribute money to the meals, you may either drop off or mail cash or check (payable to LTNA) to our LTNA Treasurer Larry DeBoever at 7108 Bob-O-Link Drive. You may also pay online using Venmo @LakewoodTrailsNA (please note "Holiday Meals"), or at LakewoodTrails.net (“Contact Us/Online Payments”), or use the QR Code below. Either way, please consider renewing your LTNA Membership for 2025 at the same time ($30 per household; $80 for a Friend of Lakewood Trails membership).

Thanks again for your help in this worthwhile cause!
