Williamson Trees In Bloom
The row of beautiful trees in Lakewood Trails along Williamson between Mockingbird and Sperry are in their full glory in the Fall!

History of the Williamson Trees:
In 2011 seven new trees were added on Williamson between Mockingbird and Sperry. The Beautification Committee, which led the effort to plant the trees provided by the City to replace the dead ones, braved the chilly drizzle on Saturday morning, December 3, 2011 to supervise the work. A local lawn care company did the digging and planting. The trees planted were three bur oak, three chinquapin oak and one lacebark elm. The LTNA general fund (your donation dollars at work) paid for this work. The trees have been maintained by Lakewood Trails volunteers and some have been replaced as needed.
