Our clean up team picks up litter on the SoPac Trail adjacent to our neighborhood on the second Saturday of each month, starting at 8:30am. Our clean up site begins under the Mockingbird Bridge continuing to the Trestle Bridge near White Rock Park. The clean up takes about an hour. 
 
Singles, couples and families are welcome. Kids love using the grabbers and take pride in picking up litter. Dispose your Batteries, Oil, Paint, and Antifreeze for FREE at the BOPA Mobile Truck, Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 8 am -12 pm at 4918 Hovenkamp Dr.
 
There are some items in your home (e.g. cleaners, batteries, paint) that are hazardous and should never be placed in your roll cart. After they have been used, they become Household Hazardous Waste (HHW). The most common types of HHW are Batteries, Oil, Paint and Antifreeze (BOPA) which will be accepted at the collection event. Please note only water based paint is accepted.
