FTLOTL Second Saturday Shoreline Spruce Up
Saturday, October 11th, 2014, 8am at FTLOTL offices, 1152 North Buckner Blvd, Suite 123
LTNA participates in the Adopt-a -Shoreline project with “For The Love Of The Lake.” We meet the 2nd Saturday of every month. Our clean up area at White Rock starts at the corner of Winsted Dr and Garland Rd and continues north to the train tressle.
Anyone can help us; just remember to register at the For the Love of the Lake Office (1152 North Buckner Boulevard, Suite 123) at 8am prior to working. A continental breakfast and clean up supplies are provided. For more information or to join our team contact Pat Watson at 214 531 1299.
LTNA Annual Halloween Party
Saturday, October 18th, 2014, 3pm to 6pm at 6900 block of Sperry
It’s time to celebrate the Fall season with your Lakewood Trails Neighbors at our 5th Annual Halloween Block Party! We will have pony rides, arts and crafts, a DJ, a fortune teller, costume contest for all ages (and pets), kid goodie bags, and local firefighters and police officers with their vehicles to tour.
The Hamburger Man will be there to serve hamburgers and hot dogs. We will have sides, desserts and beverages for all. Everything is included in your meal ticket while supplies last. Meal tickets are $10 each and kids 12 and under eat free!
There will also be raffle prizes with exciting gifts from local donators like Times Ten Cellars, East Dallas Veterinary Clinic, and more! Feel free to bring lawn chairs and other beverages.

Bulk Trash Pickup Week

Lakewood Trails brush and bulk trash collection weeks for 2014 are the weeks of: Jan 20, Feb 17, Mar 17, Apr 21, May 19, Jun 16, Jul 21, Aug 18, Sept 15, Oct 20, Nov 17, and Dec 15. Items must be set out by 7am on the Monday of collection week, but not earlier than the Thursday before our collection week. More Information
