FTLOTL Second Saturday Shoreline Spruce Up
Saturday, October 13th, 2018, 8am at FTLOTL offices, 1152 North Buckner Boulevard, Suite 123
LTNA participates in the Adopt-a -Shoreline project with “For The Love Of The Lake.” We meet the 2nd Saturday of every month. Our clean up area at White Rock starts at the corner of Winsted Dr and Garland Rd and continues north to the train trestle.
Anyone can help us; just remember to register at the For the Love of the Lake Office (1152 North Buckner Boulevard, Suite 123) at 8am prior to working. A continental breakfast and clean up supplies are provided. For more information or to join our team contact Pat Watson at 214 531 1299.
Annual Halloween Party
Saturday, October 20th, 2018, 4pm to 7pm at 6700 Block of Inverness
Feel free to bring lawn chairs and your own adult beverages. We hope you can make it to celebrate Halloween in our beautiful neighborhood!
Join your neighbors for a spooky good time at the annual Lakewood Trails Halloween Block Party!
Our local police and firefighters will be on hand with a fire truck and a patrol car for kids to see. We will also have a petting zoo, pony rides, a stilt walker, a D.J., a gypsy fortune teller, and a costume parade.
THE COSTUME PARADE STARTS AT 5:30PM.
There will be delicious hamburgers and hot dogs from the Hamburger Man plus chips, desserts and cotton candy. Beverages will include water, soft drinks, juice boxes and beer and wine for adults.
($5.50 if paying by credit card)! To avoid the lines, you can pre-pay online
Please be sure to RSVP on our evite to ensure we have enough burgers/hot dogs for everyone!!
