SoPac Trail Clean Up
Saturday, October 14th, 2023, 8:30am at SoPac Trail
Our clean up team picks up litter on the SoPac Trail adjacent to our neighborhood on the second Saturday of each month, starting at 8:30am. Our clean up site begins under the Mockingbird Bridge continuing to the Trestle Bridge near White Rock Park. The clean up takes about an hour.
Singles, couples and families are welcome. Kids love using the grabbers and take pride in picking up litter. Teens may earn community service hours and may flex their hours. Halloween Block Party
Saturday, October 28th, 2023, 3pm to 6pm at Inverness Lane, Lakewood Trails
Please join us for an afternoon of fun! Our local police and firefighters will be on site with a fire truck and a patrol car for kids to explore. We will have a petting zoo, pony rides, fortune teller, strolling magician, stilt walker, D.J., cotton candy and a costume parade.
THE COSTUME PARADE WILL START AT 5:00 p.m.
The Hamburger Man will be grilling his delicious hamburgers and hot dogs. Beverages will include water, soft drinks, juice boxes, and beer & wine for adults.
