LTNA participates in the Adopt-a -Shoreline project with “For The Love Of The Lake.” We meet the 2nd Saturday of every month. Our clean up area at White Rock starts at the corner of Winsted Dr and Garland Rd and continues north to the train tressle.

Anyone can help us; just remember to register at the For the Love of the Lake Office (1152 North Buckner Boulevard, Suite 123) at 8am prior to working.  A continental breakfast and clean up supplies are provided. For more information or to join our team contact Pat Watson at 214 531 1299.

The LT Kids are planning to do Christmas Caroling this Sunday to some of our Lakewood Trails housebound neighbors. If you know of a housebound neighbor who would appreciate some carolers between 5:30 and 6:30, please email Maggie at felmag@sbcglobal.net  or call her at 214-828-1348 with the person's name, address and phone number, as she wants to call them ahead of time to make sure it is okay for the kids to stop by.
 
The plan is to meet at the Picchiotti’s house at 6817 Redstart at 5:15pm on Sunday, December 15th.  There will be a trailer for some people to ride in, but if others want to join, they can do a car caravan and follow the trailer.  We plan on driving to various neighbors’ houses to sing a carol or two. If any families want to join in on the caroling, please email Amy Picchiotti at amy@dallasrealtyteam.com.  Everyone will meet at her house to start the caravan, and she will be having cookies and hot chocolate for people afterwards.
