There will be an extensive taco bar catered by Mexico Lindo. Your ticket will give you three tacos, rice, beans, queso and guacamole, plus chips and a full condiment bar consisting of salsas, jalapenos, cilantro and onions, sour cream, shredded cheeses, pico de gallo and lettuce.

There will be a check-in when you arrive to confirm your ticket purchase, and give you your plates and utensils for the taco bar.

Margaritas will be provided by Amy Malooley with Compass Real Estate. If you would like something else to drink, please feel free to BYOB. Waters will be provided by the Lakewood Trails Neighborhood Association.

Please bring chairs or blankets to sit and hang out with all your favorite neighbors. The street will NOT be closed, so please be mindful of traffic and respectful of neighbors yards.

The truck will arrive at 5:30pm to set up and we will start serving around 6pm. We will be asking for volunteers to help for an hour shift at the drink or food station. A sign up genius will be circulated closer to May 5th.
SoPac Trail Clean Up
Saturday, May 13th, 2023, 8:30am at SoPac Trail
Our clean up team picks up litter on the SoPac Trail adjacent to our neighborhood on the second Saturday of each month, starting at 8:30am. Our clean up site begins under the Mockingbird Bridge continuing to the Trestle Bridge near White Rock Park. The clean up takes about an hour.

Singles, couples and families are welcome. Kids love using the grabbers and take pride in picking up litter. Teens may earn community service hours and may flex their hours.  If you are interested in joining our team or need more information please email Chairperson Pat Watson, Neighbors@LakewoodTrails.net or call her at
