Lakewood 4th of July Parade
Wednesday, July 4th, 2012, 10am at Lakewood Blvd and Cambria
This year's theme: Hollywood comes to Lakewood. The starting point: Lakewood Blvd and Cambria. Parade Entrants should gather at the starting point at 9:15. No need to register your bike or float, just pick up a Numbered Plate at the starting point. There are refreshments, music and awards after the Parade. Please DO NOT use squirt guns either from within the Parade or from the curb. Absolutely NO POLITICAL SOLICITATIONS ! It's for the Kids! More information
LTNA Meet and Greet
Monday, July 23rd, 2012, 6:30pm at Penne Pomodoro, 1924 Abrams Parkway
Save this date for our LTNA "Meet and Greet" at Penne Pomodoro, beginning at 6:30pm. It is located at 1924 Abrams Parkway.
Please note that everyone is responsible for their meals and beverages, and a coupon will be provided for a free dessert the next time you enjoy a meal at Penne Pomodoro. Monday nights at the restaurant are 'Half-Priced Bottle Wine Nights,' so please drink responsibly if you plan to enjoy libation with your meal. We will have a raffle drawing and the prize will be a dinner for two at Penne Pomodor.
We will have special guests from our local Dallas Police Department precinct available for any questions you may have regarding our neighborhood, or the upcoming VIP training. Members and officers from the LTNA Board of Directors will be there for you to meet as well! Come join us!
