FTLOTL Second Saturday Shoreline Spruce Up
Saturday, September 10th, 2016, 8am at FTLOTL offices, 1152 North Buckner Boulevard, Suite 123
LTNA participates in the Adopt-a -Shoreline project with “For The Love Of The Lake.” We meet the 2nd Saturday of every month. Our clean up area at White Rock starts at the corner of Winsted Dr and Garland Rd and continues north to the train trestle.
Anyone can help us; just remember to register at the For the Love of the Lake Office (1152 North Buckner Boulevard, Suite 123) at 8am prior to working. A continental breakfast and clean up supplies are provided. For more information or to join our team contact Pat Watson at 214 531 1299.
Water-Wise Landscape Tour
Saturday, September 17th, 2016, 9am to 1pm at various
City of Dallas Water Utilities, City of Dallas Park & Recreation, and the Dallas County Master Gardeners are teaming up to demonstrate the beauty of Water-Wise and EarthKind™ gardening with the 22nd annual Water-Wise Landscape Tour. Three of our Lakewood Trails neighbors are showcased on the tour - be sure to visit these beautiful gardens in our neighborhood:
